No, but one begets the other. I'm simply poking fun at all the SF fanboys who vehemently defended kaepernick when the whole role model debate emerged.
Yeah, it said sexual assault so stating rape would be an entirely blown out of proportion response.
Or not.
You would have a point if he had raped, or sexually assaulted this woman. However, the woman's own statement to the police says she was not.
Quite aware. However, role models don't hang out and become suspects in stories that involve skank hoes, smoking weed with said hoes, and drinking till they pass out and then go to police afterwards.

This is like the opposite of rape. She wanted Kap's dick, he didn't give it, she passed out drunk.
Arrested for anti rape!
...and how do you know she's a "skank hoe" and that they smoked weed. It also appears that they (colin, quinton patton, and the seahawks player) may have been the ones to call the police and have her taken to the hospital.

The police investigation began April 3 when the woman arrived at the Miami Police Department at 9:40 p.m. She told police that approximately 48 hours earlier she arrived at a suite at the upscale Viceroy hotel, made drinks for the players and that they told her in order to drink with them "she had to 'hit' the bong, which contained marijuana."
My comment was only about the attack on the title/op. And the story now mentions that a rape kit was performed so the immediate attack on the op seems even less prudent.
Ricardo Lockette of the Seattle Seahawks, a former 49ers wide receiver, called 911 when an unidentified woman refused to leave his Miami apartment while she lay naked on a friend's bed, according to an incident report obtained by Miami radio host Andy Slater.
A Miami Police Department spokesman said the report was not made public by them, adding: "We have no updates aside from the information report last week."
Lockette called 911 at 12:03 a.m. April 2, and officers were promptly dispatched, according to a picture of the incident report that Slater posted on his Twitter account and radio station 940WINZ's website. A Crisis Intervention Team was summoned to the players' suite, according to the report.
It's believed Lockette shared the Viceroy suite with 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and 49ers wide receiver Quinton Patton, as that trio has been working out together the past two months in Miami.
Police last week revealed that the three players were part of a "suspicious incident" involving a woman who claimed she partied with them before retreating to a bedroom where Kaepernick began kissing and disrobing her. According to the initial police report, the woman claimed Kaepernick left the room, they did not have sex and she mysteriously woke up the next day in a hospital.
On Friday, Kaepernick issued his first public comments on the incident via Twitter, calling media speculation "completely wrong" and adding: "I take great pride in who I am and what I do, but I guess sometimes you have to deal with someone who makes things up."
No charges have been filed regarding the incident, and Miami police said last week they were waiting on! medical and toxicology tests to come back on the 25-year-old woman before advising the state attorney on how to proceed.
Yup, rape kit was administered.

Results weren't released. Not good for Kaep.
