The idea that he could bleed significant black votes seems preposterous to me. Just being black and famous is not enough to sway any voter who puts a modicum of thought into their vote choice I believe. Maybe very young voters might not think it through. For instance he would need 30,000 registered voters signing petitions by July 16th for Michigan, and over 132,000 registered voters by July 15th for Florida. Until you see people actually making a formal systematic effort to gather such petitions I certainly wouldn't waste any time taking this seriously.
