I’ve heard prep schools are pretty tight-knit, “what happens at G Prep stays at G Prep” etc., but if anyone else knew about the incident contemporaneously, they’d have come forward. If Ford really told no one, it’ll be hard to verify her claims, and I don’t think she can derail confirmation on her own.
Ramirez: I think she’s legit, and there seems to be corroborating witnesses, but I’d be hard pressed to call this “sexual assault” vs. a prank. If Kavanaugh had come clean and called it a stupid prank and apologized, I think he’d get through this. But if it’s true, and he lied, he doesn’t deserve to be on SCOTUS.

Let me know when you have credible accusations.I struggle to understand why anyone looking at this from a rational and objective standpoint would not want credible accusations of sexual assault by I believe (as of now) four separate women before someone is given a lifetime appointment to an unreviewable court.
