So, since we now have some absurd precedent of a president being stripped of his constitutional powers to nominate a justice to SCOTUS because he is "black and will gone in 11 months anyway," is it at all reasonable to look skeptically at the decisions of man that had already been usurped in his powers as president?
We now know that Trump is, actually, no longer president. His own appointed ball-lickers have been presidenting behind his back. Seems to me that this is a rather dire situation to be in, and no hearings for something important like a SCOTUS justice should be held when the nominating POTUS has been stripped of his powers.
What say the constitution?
