So no, you don't have anything to back up your claim, other than your feels.

The point is that there is a huge stash of information that is/was being blocked from being released from which would be good to have to judge the character and the record of a person who will hold a position in government, for life, that has the capability to consequentially impact this country in ways you can't even imagine.

I would hope that any non partisan hack would approve of releasing such documents, especially when it's clear that there is zero reason they should be classified in the first place.

Sorry. The huge amount of unreleased documents may be the point of another discussion, but I was referring SPECIFICALLY to HR's post on Booker's statement that he had something damning on Kavanaugh, something that he was willing to make some supposed sacrifice to release (he's just like a gladiator). He made the statement, and after releasing the emails in question, proved what sane people think about emotional grand-standers; he's an ass.
Now let's see that sacrifice come to fuition.

*Just edited to add, now it has come out that, according to Bill Burck, Booker had permission to release those emails LAST NIGHT (otherwise known as 'before he said he was going to jeopardize his career by breaking rules to do so).
What a drama queen/liar. Those seem to be requirements for political position.

All this time and money wasted on what is a foregone conclusion. But a select few did get the taxpayers to pay for some clips that they'll use in their campaigns.

So Booker likes gladiators? Well, it's been said that you learn something new every day.

I thought the takeaway from the emails was that he was being disingenuous about his Roe answer. He had said, apparently to Collins's satisfaction, that Roe is "settled law" while believing in the past that the term "settled law" is meaningless because nothing is settled and everything is subject to being overturned.

In other words he is trying to assuage the concerns of people by purposely using a phrase he knows or strongly believes most people will take to mean one thing with the express knowledge that he does not share that definition.

In other words he's lying.

I net you are as concerned with tax payer funded golf trips.

Obama, 8 years, 333 golf trips

Trump, less than 2 years, golf trips 143, $77 million

Boomerangs silence? Priceless.

Yep. As I said earlier it's a deception wrapped up in a fact, and an irrelevant one.

Of course he's lying, he's a federalist society member, picked by the federalist society. They rule based on policy and back whatever policy they support with whatever means necessary. If that means relying on precedent, so be it, if that means going against precedent, no problem.

Lol pretty sure your ilk are the ones having a meltdown about Russia.

By "ilk", I'm sure you mean patriots or people who put country before their party or people who prefer to not have foreign adversaries meddle in our democracy.

But what do you know, you are a disgrace to the uniform.

I think the takeaway from the emails is that he realizes racial profiling is going on & that he's willing to go along with it in the interim (however long that might be) until some other method can be established. In the meanwhile, he's a team player & all that entails.

He still is & that's why the GOP wants him so badly.

Kind of like the commission to study mass voter fraud?

Now you're talking! Polish up those jackboots, grab your best water pistol and make America great again!
You understand that in an occupation/freedom fighter scenario you would be the first to be clipped as a traitor?

Because he has nothing beyond smearing Kavanaugh's character with innuendo.
Even IF that was true, why would that be, it is not like any information on the "man" is being hold back right?

Face it. Republicans can only handle things if they rig them in their favor. Just like gerrymandering, and voter ID.

The Presidential Records Act is the basis for determining whether documents are available or not. The documents currently available for Kavanaugh is more than the number available for the previous five Supreme Court nominees combined. In addition, Republicans jumped through hoops in order to allow Corker to legally release several documents to the public during the hearing. But that said, I get it.

The administration can choose to release the documents at any time. Your disingenuous attempt to muddy the water is noted.

What are the Republican hiding this time?

Oh, so long as Republicans give Democrats a lot of records it doesn't matter if they are given all of them. That's quite the standard you've made up there.

The reason Republicans are having to "jump through hoops", is because they are trying to rush this nominee through and the national archives hasn't completed the process of releasing all the records. Which is why Democrats are complaining about having incomplete data and hearings before they've had a chance to review said data.

You'd know these basic facts if you weren't such a lying piece of shit.

Yep. I've been around a long time and have never heard that phrase used in a racist context. Never. But hey, by all means please make believe that it was...as this kind of 'race card' horseshit exemplifies just how completely insane you and many on the left have become.
