What other way can you see it? Kavanaugh is a judge and would never accept what his friend gave this comitteee as a statement. He is a judge and he is waffling on whether there should be an investigation. That should be troublesome to anyone who actually wants judges to be fair.

However, had the Left really wanted an FBI investigation, they would have requested one a couple months ago when they first got Ford's allegation. Instead they used Ford as an unwitting pawn, publicly releasing her allegation against her expressed desire for anonymity, intentionally doing so as a deliberate and contrived delay tactic if all else fails at the 11th hour. Weasels have more integrity than these slimy bastards.

Ford's letter to Feinstein specified that she wanted the matter to be kept confidential. Should Feinstein have ignored that and taken it to the FBI instead?

Finally able to catch-up after getting out of all-day meetings. Yeah, I agree Kav is acting a bit childish - Looks like his hormones aren't in balance heh.

Personally my conclusion is - I still continue to think the FBI investigation is an incredibly stupid and pointless idea - the entire concept is just to further delay things. As pointed out in the hearings - there is nothing the FBI can conclude. They cannot make an assertion. They cannot make a recommendation. It would be the equivalent of a parent in the middle with a he-said she-said argument. It's pointless and downright childish to demand such an investigation.

Democrats are childish too - She said she was 100% certain! That's all the proof you need! Is the equivalent of their statements. Likewise, Republicans might as well be giving a hand-y under the table to Kav with how blow-hard they are being as they just continue to blow wind up his skirt.

At this point with this piss poor performance just toss him out already and put up someone way better.

We've had people literally argue that well of course Republicans are pieces of shit, but we don't know about Democrats, so they can't support Democrats. And they think that is a compelling argument. When called on it they just escalated it to "well the Democrats didn't do enough to stop the Republicans being pieces of shit, so they're worse!"
