If Kavanaugh get’s confirmed by this senate but there’s significant evidence of previous perjury then a future democratic congress can impeach him.
Now that won’t be in 2018 because there’s no way to get a 2/3 majority in the senate to vote for removal. But with the Trump circus going until 2020 and Kavanaugh likely voting to overturn Roe v Wade it’s not out of the realm of possibility that the 2021 congress could remove him.
Kavanaugh is the most qualified candidate the GOP could have chosen. Some people don't like the fact that he is one who will follow the Constitution. Some folks want a different constitution. Most of you will be dead before that happens, if at all. A great Supreme Court Justice will interpret the Constitution, as it was intended. A Justice, chosen by liberals, will interpret the Constitution based on how they "feel", rather than by law. I do truly understand what the fuss is about, but, we don't get to make law based on feelings alone. There are certain reasons why the Constitution was written...mostly to keep partisans from doing their will to the country. At this point, temper tantrums are not going to change the Constitution, or who gets confirmed to the SCOTUS. No way it'll get to 67. I also doubt they'll do an outright overturn. Many legal experts think it's more likely they'll chip at it instead.

Someone like Elena Kagan perhaps.He also served the republican party for years and has been a longtime washington insider. He's not squeaky clean. Gorsuch or Garland are pretty straightforward judges (and in general US SCOTUS judges are just that), this guy is more of a political and legal strategist for law-firms that they are trying to turn into a SCOTUS. In example, he worked extensively with ken starr on the clinton investigation and so on and so on. He's about as pure a judge as Ted Cruz or something who also have a prestigious law degree.
