Each of the four participants took turns being the ‘shooter.’ The shooter attempted to bounce a quarter into one of the glasses,” wrote the alumni.

It is not whether or not he is a sexual assaulter, it is about how well he handles false sexual assault allegations. That's apparently the new standard for confirmation hearings.

Just so we are clear, many people believe Ford still. This is also about how he handled the credible but likely unprovable accusations.

Honesty and respect have always been a standard for confirmation hearings. This is merely a more demonstrable and certain way in which he has failed. Not that it is likely to actually stop his confirmation.

But a rational look at things shows Republicans have acted worse in his confirmation process. Honestly, I could give a crap about the politicking done by either side. It is disgusting and bad for the country, but none of that should obstruct from the task at hand which is evaluating Kavanaugh's fitness for the bench. And a rational look at that shows that Kavanaugh is unfit.

I expect him to be confirmed. I expect Republicans to ride this energy and do much better in the midterms now than they had figured a week ago. And I expect the country to suffer for it.

It’s been confirmed by Kavanaughs freshman year roommate the Devils Triangle is about sex.

I do not know if Brett attacked Christine Blasey Ford in high school or if he sexually humiliated Debbie in front of a group of people she thought were her friends. But I can say that he lied under oath. He claimed that he occasionally drank too much but never enough to forget details of the night before, never enough to “black out.” He did, regularly. He said that “boofing” was farting and the “Devil’s Triangle” was a drinking game. “Boofing” and “Devil’s Triangle” are sexual references. I know this because I heard Brett and his friends using these terms on multiple occasions.
