I think its just as possible it was Santa Clause who assaulted her as much as it was Kavenaugh. I know I personally dont remember who I dated 35 years ago, much less any of my classmate's names, MUCH LESS random girls from other schools I met at parties. They could start by subpoenaing Mark Judge.

I don't see how a person who wanted to fabricate such an event would include a 3rd party that could argue events, and Judge's refusal to testify looks more like an attempt to protect the bro code than a denial he was ever there.

Question all witnesses under oath. We have multiple who were a party or alleged party to the events. FBI has specialists that can discern credibility of witnesses, main ones Ford and Kavanaugh.

True story--back when I was in college, a few buddies and I went out of state for a basketball game at another school, where I visited some other friends and attended a frat party. One visiting friend of mine kept striking out with the ladies, and as the night wore on and drinks piled on, at some point he was like "Fvck it, I'm just putting my hand down some panties until I find a girl who likes it. None of these girls will ever see me again anyway." The crazy thing is...I didn't think anything of it at the time. I just laughed and bid him good luck! I was too shy to even attempt such a stunt...but the words "sexual assault" didn't even register for that. Every now and then I think about that...land how often women had to put up with that kind of shit and just ignore it/stay silent because they didn't want to make a thing of it. Crazy.

Good reason to have an actual investigation then. I assume if the FBI were to look into this, they'd have to question her husband, her therapist (under subpoena?), her friends, her parents, her classmates. They will put her under a microscope just as much as they would Kavanaugh.

And Kavanaugh has been quoted as saying he would answer any questions by anyone (I gave source and the quote earlier in the thread). I hope the FBI proceeds.
