we have a common law history going back 1000 years in this country. this isn't a civil law (i.e. napoleonic code) country (other than louisiana).The courts don’t make law. They can only rule on existing law. If the conservatives have the courts, that is just one of many checks and balances.
Throwing a fit doesn’t change that.
you'd think we'd be used to the idea that courts make law, because they absolutely do, and have for a millenium.
