After Kavanuagh's recent actions, I could care less about what happened in the 80's.
His actions now should be a disqualifies and anyone who still pushes him as a candidate should be embarrassed.

And I think that is the messaging that should be broadcast across all media outlets between now and the senate vote. At this point the allegations are just noise. We have a clear example of what this man's temperament and judgement is *TODAY*. Is this behavior fitting of a supreme court justice? Not at all.

She released the letter after it was already outed and Ford herself says Feinstein respected her privacy. So by the ‘victim’s own judgment Feinstein did nothing wrong. Can you explain why your judgment is superior to that of the actual person involved?

So considering the people who outed Ford say they didn’t get the information from Feinstein or her office and Ford herself says what Feinstein did is fine it seems like you owe her an apology for smearing her.

I never really expected Flake to vote no or present. So passage out of the committee is assured and confirmation is probable.

Also Flake was confronted on live tv for several by sex assault victims and he wouldn't look at them.

This is the framing the GOP has been putting forth from the start, that Kavanaugh should be held to a 'should we send him to prison' standard as opposed to the 'should we give him a lifetime job with enormous power' standard.

I've explicitly said previously that I found her testimony to be very credible.

This is something else Democrats should add to the list of investigations if/when they take the House. If Republicans won't investigate it now before he's on the court Democrats should investigate it afterwards, along with all the other stuff he lied about. While they probably won't be able to get the votes to impeach him they can make every close ruling he's a part of illegitimate.
