As soon as I logon "My Kazaa" folder begins tofill up with THOUDANDS of files that appear to have the names of legit files but are only about 400k in size. WTF?!!! Where are these files are coming from and how do I stop them? Any help will be appreciated.
On an infected computer "Benjamin" creates a directory accessible to
other users of the KaZaA network and regularly copies itself into this
directory under a multitude of different names, the amount of which
counts several thousand. When a network user conducts a search for a
file under a name corresponding with one the worm's pseudonyms the
unsuspecting user is given the chance to download it from the infected
computer. Thus, this is how Benjamin spreads itself through the KaZaA
network.
Where do you get the latest version of 1.7 at? The latest I was able to find was 1.6.

I don't understand why people like Kazaa and Limewire. I guess I am doing something wrong, but the connection speeds i get are just pathetic off of these systems. I tried them both out this weekend on my cable modem and the fastest connection I got was like 10k/sec.
WinMX is so much better I think, check it out.
