Seriously, how many $billions do these Microsoft monkeys spend on aye eye, but they can't even check disk space before rolling out an update?
If your recovery partition is too small it'll constantly fail to install and gum up the Windows Update screen.
I installed Windows 10 a long time ago and it put my recovery partition to the left of C:\ That means to resize it and fix the issue I either need to reinstall Windows or risk using a third party tool to move C:\
So far the "promised fix" is nowhere to be found.

Microsoft: We are working on KB5034441/KB5034440 "0x80070643 - ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE" fix
Microsoft recently said that a crucial WinRE update for a BitLocker bypass flaw would fail to install with "0x80070643 - ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE" error. It has confirmed a fix is coming soon.
