Got the monitor yesterday. All I can say is that nothing beats a Trinitron tube - it's just beautiful and I was lucky enough to have it working just fine when it got here

yeah, I got it in January for $315 from OD and I hate messing around for 30 minutes to get Pricematches and waiting 3-4 months to receive a rebate, and this deal is pretty much hassle free.

staples carries this monitor too. do you think they'd PM buy.com w/ the free shipping and instant $30 off $100 coupon? use a $40 off $200 staples coupon, and the monitor could be under $300.

I doubt they would PM the instant 30 off 100. But it would be possible to PM Staples with the present buy.com price and use the 40 off 200 to get an extra $10 savings bringing the final price to $322.95 (+tax probably)

I don't think it would be worth it unless you lived in California and had to pay sales tax at buy.com. I have to pay sales tax at Staples even though there isn't one within 100 miles of me (Chicago area). The sales tax that I'd have to pay at Staples would be more than getting it from Buy.com without the tax.
