Keep my P3B-F or go for CUSL2-C?

I want some feedback here... I have an ASUS P3B-F that is relatively stable at 133mhz and has treated me very well for the past 18 months. However, it does have a a quirk that is making me consider upgrading to a CUSL2-C. Simply, it won't operate at all with more than one DIMM. I have tried all kinds of combinations of DIMMs, and it only works with one in there at a time. With RAM as cheap as it is now, this has become a bit of an issue for me. Also, it won't go above 133mhz. I'm not to broken up over this, because the BX was never meant to go that high, but still, the tweaker in me would like more headroom to play.
So, what would you do if you were me? Keep the P3B-F, go for the CUSL2-C, or get a different board altogether?

Or if you have some thoughts on the one DIMM issue and a possible solution, I'd like to hear those as well.

First of all it is probably the cusl2 and not the cusl2-c that you want. I cant imagine you are pushing overclocks and still running with onboard vga which is the only real difference in the two boards.
The cusl2 is widely recognised as the best quality and most stable board around for overclockers and I include Abit boards in this having had three myself but the Cusl2 is better.

Get the CUSL2-C. You will have to settle for a max of 512 mb RAM, but you will get the advantage of 133 mhz FSB, ATA100 and great overclockability.

If I were you I'd go with a CUSL2-C just because I've had the pleasure of owning both and the CUSL2-C is far better!
I never had your problem with RAM, that mobo would run everything just fine, but it was a CRAP overclocking board for me, as is the CUSL2-C.. my 6BA+IV is the best overclocking board I've owned.
the CUSL2-C has a few OC issues, I can't get my 700E to run at what I could in my 6BA. but on the other hand, this mobo (CUSL2-C) is wonderfully stable and quick, I like it alot, I'd upgrade if I were you...

I have a CUSL2, it was CHEAP! and I just disabled the onboard video, it is really a hotrod mobo, took me a little time to get everything tweeked to best performace, disable dos emulation in device manager for SBLive or it wont shut down or restart properly, I couldn't even go to DOS prompt before that. The board ROCKS! with Pentium III 700E cC0 @ 1000 and ASUS V6800 DDR, High buss speeds no problem as long as your PCI cards are good quality. look at......www.cusl2.com

To add to the raves, I have two Asus CUSL2 and a 2-C running. I did have some quirks but the latest BIOS, 1006C seems to have pretty much resolved them. The boot is hugely faster and OCing seems to work better. Stability is very high also. Current complaints: I am running a P3-866, now at about 950MHz. At anything above about 900, the AGP mode goes from 4X to 2X. As you know though, probably makes no difference in real life. Also, I seem to have little quirks with USB, sometimes doesn't activate the mouse at boot and have to do a hot plug to get it working and sometimes my Intel web cam locks using Netmeeting and I have to terminate the program and hot plug the cam to get it working again. If you plan on using your own video card, get the 2-C as it does not have on board vid generating heat.
