That Washington Post story is very very concerning. The guy was throwing wild parties with unsupervised teens and no one said anything....holy moly what is going on in these small towns? Also the KyCIR report is implicating that the police intentionally under-investigated this story and also intentionally undercharged calling it a misdemeanor they were investigating as opposed to a felony. Undercharging would allow then to close the investigation much quicker.
If you guys take the time to read the report it's very credible. The girl went to the police immediately. Developed ptsd and needed counseling and reported it to her therapist who took detailed notes. Also there is this weird Facebook thread between the guy and her where he is apologizing for bad behavior at the party last night? This is insane

Man, I always felt like I was missing out on something when fellow high schoolers would rave about their Church "lock-in" parties. Like they'd literally be locked in a church for a sleepover party with only a handful of staff for "adult supervision". Now I know what I was missing.It was hot out
