I think this should be investigated by police. It sure sound like a death threat. If you were writing something like this about Obama you would be dealt with.

Trolls troll to get noticed. Smith noticed him and singled him out. Mission accomplished for the troll.

You clicked it didn't you?
Yes. Does the OP just mean the language? If so, that's just text. No NFSW pix in there or anything.

BTW, I once typed in .com instead of .ca for my garden sprinkler maintenance company www dot waterboys dot ca while at work. That was a major NSFW link. It's unfortunate the company didn't lock down the .com address first, because I suspect a lot of their customers make the same mistake I did.

I replaced the link with language so no one inadvertently clicks it. -DrPizza

I feel sorry for his daughter, as apparently Kevin Smith is such a sperg that he named her after a freaking comic book character.

Considering how sexualised Harley Quinn often is, it's all kinds of creepy.

lol why don't you state your stance instead of flinging dung. Do you think it's not a little bit messed up that Kevin Smith, noted mega-nerd and possible aspie and definite autist, named his daughter after an overly sexualised comic book character frequently depicted as being in an abusive relationship?

No...only a moron would think that. Hence my previous post.

And I'm going to ignore your attack on Kevin himself as it's not worth any more keystrokes than these I've used here.

Go find somewhere else to troll.

Warning to those before opening, initial title warned of possible NSFW content depending on strictness of workplace rules but it got changed for some reason so take that under advisement before opening sat yours.

How convenient that you don't have to explain yourself. It's a good strategy, thanks.

The crazy thing is I can't tell what you're disagreeing with. That Kevin Smith named his daughter after a comic book character, or that doing so is not in the slightest bit problematic.

But whichever side you fall on, all your name calling is pot and kettle.

I'd be willing to bet that she's received an order of magnitude more flack because of her gender and 'fame' than she has for her first name(s).

Furthermore, I'm wondering how many female characters represented in modern culture haven't been sexualised/objectified. Just because someone, somewhere has done that, it doesn't mean that every person who names their offspring is wanting to sexualise them.

In other news...

OH NO! Someone TWEETED something and it MADE FUN OF ME!! I can't handle this kind of pressure! Twitter is like middle school all over again, you gotta be popular and have everyone like you! I always figured most celebrities had too much shit to do to run Twitter, so they hire people for them to post and do crap on it. Unfortunately that's not the case so I'll be honest here - if anyone needs to do something with their life it's Kevin Smith's stupid fucking daughter (and himself) since they still have the time in their day to read stupid twats from pre-pubescent douchebags on Twitter and react emotionally to it.

If that's what you regard to be "making fun of someone", I have to wonder, how many places have you been banned from?
I put things like that all in the same bucket because it's the same crap. Useless banter from some random retard on the interwebs. Unless they start posting personal information such as address, phone#, etc then it's just that - stupid childish banter.

I mean just look at the picture of the poor miserable emo douche. You know he isn't getting far in life and will spend the rest of his life filling up fry orders at McDonalds, why would you ever value their opinion or waste any of your personal time on such a miserable retard?

It's certainly crap, and well worth ignoring, but I don't think I would label it "making fun." It's quite a bit more vicious than that. I like the fact that he called the guy out, even though it is certainly giving him more attention than he deserves. Warped little bastards like this thrive on anonymity so what would be even better is to unmask him and post his identity.

This is on an old AOL chatroom level low. People get into other peoples business over nothing these days. It's completely dumb. Who gives a shit.

To use the Internet in any social capacity these days you need to have thick skin. Well, you should in the real world too, but especially so on the Internet. That doesn't make it ok, and repeated vicious attacks on people seems to me a sign of some mental and/or personal problems, but the best way to handle it is to ignore it like it didn't happen. People who troll to get a rise out of people hate it when they don't get a rise out of someone. But I like Markbnj's suggestion too... unmasking them would be ideal.

virgin gamergater posts on girl's instagram, get's slammed by her dad, Kevin Smith.

This guy has no idea what he wakened by drawing the attention of Kevin Smith.

Also, can someone explain something to me about this generation: why would such an idiot use a photo of themselves when posting trash like this? Are all of these internet kids fundamentally retarded?
