You could pick up a spare cell phone battery from newegg for about $10 too, fyi.

Newegg rules on their cell phone Batteries. I got a one for my samsung that i charge like every 5 days. instead of everynight like the original. Paid $8 for it. The same battery at sprint is $89.

I would of bought 2 but it lasts so long i dont need it.

so do all of the generic batteries at newegg fit into the Samsung changer? while attached to the phone AND into the free extra battery slot?

Mine fits the factory charger no problem. I bought one of the generic samsung chargers also. One for home and work. It has a what's it called. "battery MEMORY" button the drains it completely then charges. Holds 2 batteries. Like $8 for it too.

I dunno about carrying a keychain with 4 double-a batteries in it, my keys are bulky and heavy enough by themselves.

Has anyone found any cell batteries at newegg compatible with the SCH-6100? (Or found one anywhere else?)

I had a 3500, and "upgraded" to this... With the price of those batteries, I'm wishing I hadn't!

I dunno that that keychian pictures carries 4 AAs unless its a tractor key. Look at that thing, no way 4AAs fit inside.
