Got screwed yesterday. Got three emails saying they are all invalid b/c of wrong UPC, wrong forms - absolute BS b/c I never had single one rejected for several years. For some reason, OM is rejecting all my recent rebates, siting one reason or another. Such an hassle to call, wait indefinitely on the freaking phone, and then talk to a CSR who may or may not agree with you. Then, got to fax in your copy, blah, blah, blah... What's up w/ OM these days? All of a sudden, shooting down all the rebates? Anyone had similar problems recently??

Does any know or remember what program you can use to tell who made a CD or DVD and what sort of die they used? Might be helpful for seeing why these are so crappy.
When it was 8x, I had one in three failure rate, and I burned it by 2x speed, it was really really bad. Those new ones, 40x and above are no problem at all. Either they improve, or made by another maker.
