The first one is my squat, I've been working very hard to consciously not lean to one side (hamstring strain) so working on nice and slowwww pause squatting.

I've been stalling on my OHP for a while and want to see if my form looks strange.

Let me hear those criticisms, I am all ears. I'll put a deadlift and bench too, when the gym isn't crowded again (people don't like being filmed).

The squat isn't the best angle it looks like your t-spine might be collapsing or your shoulders roll forward but it's hard to tell because of the angle. Something about the descent looks off too but I can't quite figure out what it is, maybe you're sitting back too much. Maybe it's just the shoulders. Maybe someone else will be able to spot it easier. Press is hard to mess up, my only advice there is keep your shoulders tight at the bottom, it looks like your shoulder blades and protruding which makes me think they're not right, it will really help bring your lats into play in the bottom half of the lift. I also prefer a false(thumbless) grip for OHP especially if you're going that far down, it makes to ROM much more bearable.

Thanks for the feedback. The squat I've been mainly focusing on not leaning to one side. I can't really tell what's going on with my back but I do know in an effort to keep my back tight, I usually start the descent hyper-extended. I probably need to do more core work.

The OHP just feels strange the last few months, like the back of my shoulders don't get a lot of work and only the front gets hit. And god no, I would be scared shitless to try thumbless lol. I didn't realize the ROM was more than required, I was always taught to bring it all the way down like that.

Tumbless isn't that scary, even in the unlikely event that you drop the bar it would fall forward and chances of landing on you would be minimal unless you dove forward under it. I think typically people stop between the chin and nose for 'normal' ROM. There might be better ques out there but I prefer the full ROM with a thumbless grip.
