That's really sad. You can tell he had already been crying. It seems that the brother and his friends take a liking to picking on little kids. How do you know how old he is? Also, what the hell is a demon mouth? He's just screaming and cussing, throwing a tantrum. I've seen that behavior from kids younger (and older) than that. To be honest, you know who needs help there, is the older brother. He's likely the one who taught the kid all the cuss words, and the consistent teasing is what is causing the kid to be like that.
