Funny, I read his post and assumed that this kids smoking were from the middle school field trip, not the teenagers working there. Middle school's a bit young. And on a school trip? Kind of stupid if you ask me.

and what are they going to do about it? here in cali, you can have up to 15 grams of bud on you and the worst you'll get is a $50 fine. they just take the bud you have and break whatever pipe or piece you are smoking it out of. then again, if you have multiple baggies in the car, or w/e, they can actually arrest you for possibly dealing. i know a LOT of people who smoke pot, but over 50% of them who get caught never have to pay any fines. they're just let go.

And your point being? If it wasn't illegalized because of the need to profile minorities back in the 30's, then you wouldn't really notice if someone was smoking a ciggertte or a joint, unless you were close enough to smell it. Nor would it really make you stop and do a double take.

Its not the current generations fault that previous generations were all completely naive to the reasons it was outlawed to begin with. Or that people still, to this day, believe all the propaganda about it.

Besides the OP didn't make it clear who it was. I doubt it was a couple of the middle school kids, and I doubt it was the workers for the subway shop either - I'm willing to bet they were just hanging out and had no other "responsibilities" to attend to. So that point is moot.

Get a prescription and you can carry it in your car with no legal consequences as well.
Get a prescription and even if you're on probation , you can have it in your system.
Get a prescription and even if you're in JAIL, they must let you have MARINOL.
