I dont think she did. You can clearly see both her lefs and one arm as she rolld around in the snow at the end. (like someone said)... unless she didnt take off her foot and some small stuff like fingers.

i think it can easily go in both directions. i thought i saw both legs in the throwing as well...and she seems like she would just fold (becuase she lost her arm and all...and understands that the woman is willing to do whatever it takes) rather than even bother.

well the way i heard/interpreted it was that she would take off things like 1 finger/toe/etc at a time (which would be alot more painful/torture like then just chopping off another arm)

By Uma's threats, I think Sophie was scared enough to give in rather than have anything else cut off. Hell one arm is bad enough as it is.
