Was over at walmart tonight. They have 4 generic 1800mah's and an ac/dc charger (fast charger) for $18.xx. They also had some other generic packaged NiMH sets. The 4pack and charger looks similar to the one offered at this website. I don't have any other info.

Mine has arrived today. Charged and used to my mp3 diskman. Currently, they work perfect.

Got my package today. It looked like UPS had run it over with a truck. Then dropped it off a plane. Then, it landed in a car crusher. Then it ended up on my porch.

Suprisingly, despite the box being torn open, I was only missing one battery pack. ( a cell phone battery pack that cost about 60 cents, so no biggie )

Everything looked good, and I called no harm no foul.

tossed 4 AA 1800 MHA NiMH batteries in my energizer charger, and charged them up in about 2 hrs. ( 30 min more than it usually takes ) Then tossed them in my HP 2.1 MP camera and snapped pictures till it would snap no more.

My my admitedly crude methods, I got about 20% more pictures with the 1800 MHA batteries then with my standard 1600 ones. Not bad at all.

Evadmans Rating:

Packing: A+ ( for taking that abuse and still working.)
Looks: C+ ( very bland green color. But who cares, they are in something anyway )
Abilities: A+ ( they are definately 1800 MHA batteries )
Price / Performance Weighting: A+++ ( Super cheap, and are even better than my $14 for 4 Energizer's )

Overall rating: A+

UPS's rating: D-

Got mine yesterday. It turned out to be a better deal. My AAA batteries are 700 MAH as opposed to advertised 650. But they no longer offer free shipping on 12 pk AAA. They must have caught my order and changed it. But they hornored my free shippping order without any problem.

I would give them A++ for my experience.

Are you a reseller? If not, what is the point to get so many? Remember these are RECHARGEABLE batteries and you don't throw them away after each use...

Found the Rayovac 1 HR charger at AMES last night for $14. AMES is going out of business and everything is at least 60% off. This charger even came with a car cigarette light adaptor. I may go back again tonight when they up everything to 70%.

been waiting to find the RIGHT deal on nimh batteries, and this sure does seem to be the right deal.

my only problem now is what charger do i buy?? I've heard that the MAHA 204 is the BEST charger to get.....
is it worth it to buy the MAHA, or will the vanson brand chargers (all look to be OEM, very similar to ones seen at othersites ie. energizer, "tysonic") do the job just as well??

What chargers do you all own, and recommend using?
