Is Final Mix the original game plus some tweaks? The wiki isn't very clear. Also Chain of Memories is a follow up game, correct?

Yes, I had to start playing it to figure that out. Wiki is VERY unclear about it and I couldn't find it anywhere online really either. KH Final Mix is the first Kingdom Hearts with some additions.

Yep. I'm near the end of the main story. I'm playing it on Proud Mode where you can die in 3 hits if you aren't careful. And no continues either (I want that trophy). Ugh, so hard.
