The only detail I'm not sure on is if you have to click through the eBillMe link (which might cause an issue with Fatcash) or if you simply check out with eBillMe (must pay with your banks "pay bills" feature (e-pay or the likes from your bank).).

Yes, my order shipped. I ordered in the middle of the day of the posting (debated for some time).

gah what is a better deal...this or the ocz vertex 2?

Blah I would go for the latter, but there are a LOT of newegg reviews talking about deaths between 1-4 months of use. I wouldn't keep anything important there, but geeeeeeez that is a pretty bad failure rate. I don't take newegg to be the end all be all - I'd think that 95% of people wouldn't even bother submitting a review (I don't), but I'm used to seeing "4/5 stars! Con? UPS is slow!"

I placed my order late on the the 28th. I just got my shipping info at 1AM last night ( early TUEs ). I paid the $5 for the 3 day shipping since I'm on the east coast. Says I'll have it end of day on FRI the 4th. Cool.

If you have a microcenter nearby they have their 128GB SSD for $128+tax for pickup. I think it uses a different firmware than their sandforce 64GB drives.

I am tired of paying premium for new tech, I will wait until it drops to $0.50 per GB. July or August might do it. By that time they may get more of the bugs out. Also mail in rebates do suck. Did I mention 2T drives DOA suck too?

I went ahead and bought one for $120AR to use in my Inspiron, the last machine in my house that doesn't have a SSD. It's slower than others, but I don't care. $1/GB is tough to beat.
