Yes it is. The relaxing of tRCD is the newest trick for manufacturers. It decreases performance and they are still able to advertise as low latency, which is not. Hypex is at least decent, probably Winbond BH-5 meaning you really have the same as HyperX PC3200. Corsair sells the same for more $$$.Apparently, there is added latency when using dual channel.

Voltage 2.5V, matched 004.A02... Performance is not bad, but not as advertised. Mind you, last time I tried this deal, the sticks were pathetic, not even PC3000 capable. Darn. I suppose there is a possibility my board has a cow with anything above 200MHz, but from the reports I've seen, the NF7-S V2.0 has been consistently giving people around 220+MHz, provided they have good RAM. Weird.

I picked up two at my local BB. Watch out for the 2.6 Volt jobs. I've heard bad things about those. I found a pair of matching 2.5V sticks. Not a bad deal. Memory is going up and about to go through the roof. Get some now if you can. Yeah, the internet price is *&^%$* up. Even a day later it is still coming up at $149.... What a crock.

I contacted Kingston about this and was told the following, "As for the two different
voltages, we chaged the labling because the JEDEC standard changed to 2.6v. There's a +/- .1v so there's no difference between the two."
I hope that helps someone!

Good research! Have you tried them out in your system yet?
