You can use it in dual channel, 2x512 sticks of HyperX. Kingston HyperX 512 MB PC 3500 is dual bank but it will run in dual channel provided you have dual channel mobo and identical sticks.
Just beware that these sticks have issues with some Nforce2 boards running dual channel at 400fsb and above. I just got two 256mb HyperX sticks last week with from BB that run 5-2-2-CAS2 @166 just fine but will not do these timings @200 regardless of voltage if that is what you are looking for.
