I recently purchased 4 of these Kingston HyperX DDR400 256MB for only $44 that is extremely cheap.
The timing of the ram is 2-2-2-5 at 2.7V.

http://shop1.outpost.com/product/3325952

The website is mislabeled it says 168pim Dimm because in the description its says 184pin. I called outpost.com to find out which pins setting it was, its 184pin they said that ddr400 alwasy have 184pin.

I have checked other sites like newegg for the same ram which is costing at least $70.

Not likely to still be BH-5 but possible, Outpost doesnt update their descriptions often (timings vary by revision), so while the timings would reflect BH-5 its likely timings on these will be slightly slacked due to newer revisions/chips since Winbond has been off the market so long, however if you received 2-2-2-5 version then more than likely you lucked up and got some rare uncirculated BH-5. Seems latest revision timings are 2-3-2-6-1T, so don't be disappointed if thats what you receive. Still pretty good price for low latency high quality ram.

Definitely do that. Even if does 2-3-2-6 like the newer stuff...that's still a great deal.

This really is a good deal. These must be the new UL sticks that have Samsung TCCD chips - they're really awesome.

If they were BH-5, the timings would be listed as 2-2-2-6.

Either way, fantastic price! I'm tempted to go for some, even though I don't need them.

np, either way i see it that if you get the bigger capacity rams you will get alot higher timings. 4 of these in dual channel which gives me 1gb so i am happy, who needs more than a gb a ram anyway, i have read performance really doesnt increase anymore after a gb.

Didn't know you could run dual channel with 4 chips. Wouldn't that be quad channel?

I've got a stick of 512MB & two sticks of 256MB on one of my rigs running 1GB in dual channel.

You need to check you mobo documentation but it' works just fine.

This seems like a really good deal for good RAM. I'm glad I don't need any RAM, otherwise I'd be out $90 right now...

I guess its kosher if you aren't looking to overclock, the big deal behind a 2x512 setup is that you can get 1GB of ram and insane overclocks, many boards don't fair so well when you go for some high overclocks and you've got more than 1 or 2 slots filled up let alone 4

Hrmm the only problem is that with higher capcacity ram the timmings go up, and when i am not planning ot get more than a gb. If i wanted to get 2-2-2-5 timmings it would have been alot more expensive then 2 of these sticks. I dont understand teh difference 2*512 makes to make a gb than 4*256 that equals a bg as well. for $44 i got 256MB with timings 2-2-2-5!!
