Sorry, rebate is only good at BB (the rebate form prints from the cash register at check-out).

You will probably have to find this deal at your local BB B&M.

I had to go to the computer service desk at my local BB at 11AM on Sunday to get in on this. The kid in the computer department said that someone had pulled all the Kingston 128MB PC133 memory off the shelf just before the store opened. Boy, I wonder why they would do that? Sounds like advertising bait to me (low price and "Oh sorry, no inventory"). YMMV.

I bought the ram, after installation it kept on restarting my computer. Both my HP and my Vaio...so I don't know how great this ram actually is.

If you are in the Seattle area, they had 28 left tonight at the Northgate store but several people I saw in line had a box so don't expect it to last much longer... $20.99 + $1.85 sales tax - $16 rebate = $6.84. If you have a finicky computer, they had some Kingston Valueram 128MB PC100 for $24.99 + $15 rebate as well...

Anyone else having problem w/ this memory.

I try it alone, and it works fine so far, but when combined w/ my Mushkin 256MB PC133 CAS 2 memory, the games (WC3, or NFS2 HP) just quit after playing for like 15 min.

I tried rearranging the memory sticks in my 3 DIMM slots. Are there any compatability issues w/ this memory

It only shows up as 64MB in a Abit BX6 Rev.2 motherboard.
It boots up only BSOD on an IBM PC300GL workstation.

I called Kingston. They claim it is due to the density of the modules on the stick. They will connect you with the exchange department but the lower density RAM costs more.

I've had incompatibility issues with their DDR memory... I RMA'd the stick, but they do not have the memory and have no ETA for it. In my personal opinion Kingston sucks at customer service...

It kept giving me problem, too. Plug in different slot did not help...
Until,... I bumped up the voltage of motherboard. Voltage should not be it, but that was how I got around.

IF you want backwards-compatible PC133 sticks, PNY is the way to go. Kingston uses only high-density chips on their retail-boxed PC133 modules, which can lead to problems in older chipsets that don't officially support PC133 (such as the Intel BX). I bought one, then returned it when I saw the warning on the back of the box concerning backwards compatibility (or lack thereof).
