Interestingly, I just installed one of my Kingston V300 240GB drives, got Win7 64-bit SP1 installed and updated, and did a dual-boot with Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon 64-bit.

Anyways, CDM gives me around 240MB/sec read and write for 4K QD32. Which, is pretty spot-on compared to my Skylake OCed rig, with a Samsung SM951 PCI-E 3.0 x4 M.2 AHCI SSD's random 4K QD32 numbers too.

So, depending on how you look at it, these Kingston V300 drives are as slow as, or as fast as, my SM951 128GB PCI-E SSD!

(OK, the SM951 can push 2GB/sec sequentials, about 4X the Kingston, but random is really where an SSD matters.)

Next time. All we asked for was something from you to counter and affirm that these drives are not what they are today. In simplistic form, There is no debate then. So no need to post elsewhere.

Here is a TLC drive if you want to get something inferior for the same price as the OP pointed out.

Bottom line is OP posted a good deal and people came in and bashed.
