I wonder if anybody noticed Kingston's press release about their new V310 SSD.

The real news here, besides this one being one of the very few SSDs with a Phison controller, is that the (declared) endurance specification is incredibly high for a consumer SSD :
That's, in case it wasn't clear enough, 2728 terabytes written, 2.56 drive writes per day when most SSD manufacturers won't dare saying their drives will last more than 80 TBW, and apparently with standard 128Gb Micron MLC NAND!
Will this change the way other manufacturers will approach this most often artificially deflated figure? I hope it does. Time will tell.
