The Kingston ram really isn't that bad at all... usually come with Infineon or Toshiba chips. I've never had a problem with them, except when it came to rebates. Always run at least as promised. When you can pick them up at a good price, they beat the hell out generic ram, particularly because they come with a lifetime warranty from a company that should be around for some time!
That said, the Micron is usually better if you are interested in overclocking or really must have good Micron chips (they are Micron, after all!). Same price, I would take the Crucial. At a better price, I would not hesitate on the Kingston.
