We got Cosmo a month before Seinfeld ended, hence the name. Kramer came a few years later. Kramer is the best cat ever.

As to Lt. Colonel VonMeowington, I have a friend who's obsessed with the idea of naming a cat "Baron Ferocious Von Kittyface," which I think is a pretty good name for a cat.
