Thought id let everyone know------ These are awesome speakers ( the best in my opinion ! )
They won't last long either.

best sound card out there (hardware wise)

drivers arent as mature as the santa cruz people say but tahts because the audigy is lots NEWER.

Philips is coming out with new WinXP drivers for the A.E. as well and that card is nice too.

I just wanted to interject a non-Creative opinion here. I don't use them personally.

I'm personally split between the Philips AE and SB Audigy. The quality of the drivers they release for WinXP will sway my decision either way.

maybe i should just wait for the nForce boards to come out. Nah i need 5.1 love now!
i think i'll investigate which of three are better.Audigy, AE, or SC.

I'd recommend the GTXP, but since you run XP, don't buy one until the new drivers come out... (October)

The one with the best XP drivers is probably the Santa Cruz.
