Once again LeBrick shows everyone why he shouldn't have the rock at the end of a big game!
bron bron shouldn't be shooting 3's when the game is on the line. he should've learned from the CHI game.
They were down three...
There's some seriously nasty teams in the east now.
so let someone who actually consistently makes threes take the shot?
The Knicks are not one of them. Just that the Heat find ways to lose against even decent teams. They just dominate the bad teams.
This is so true. The 4th quarter for the Heat has been a disaster zone. They play well on defense but when it comes crunch time it just constantly seems like they don't have any set plays to score on offense. I don't know if to blame Spokes or the players. If this keeps up I can see Riley coming in from the shadows to lead them TO THE PROMISED LAND!

This is Spokes last season as the Heat head coach. He's gone since we know the Heat won't make it past the second round of the playoffs.
James Jones, Carlos Arroyo, Eddie House and Mike Miller are all 40% and above shooting threes this season, but they can't create their own shot. NY (predictably) covered the wing shooters because a two pointer would do little to help the Heat. Lebron is shooting 35% on threes for the season, he can shoot over a defender, and he had a cushion enough to call it an lightly contested shot.
I don't think they were going to get a better look unless they were only down two and NY would sag defenders into the paint on penetration leaving a spot up shooter open.
Exactly! I mean they are a whole half a game back from the top seed in the Eastern Conference.
Time to blow up this crazy experiment!
For the first 45 minutes of a game, the Heat might be the best team in the NBA, but they've been consistently awful in clutch time all season. Lebron seems to get most of the blame for that, but really it's the whole team and the coach that is to blame. They simply aren't cohesive enough yet, so they don't know what to do when the pressure is really on. Maybe they will after they've played together a bit longer, but I don't see them going further than the ECF at the most this year.
How much more time do these guys need to come together? They just lost to a Knicks team that had its roster blown up less than a week ago.
People watch NBA?
