OK, I personally have dealt with them, making two large purchases this past Christmas using the MSN passport deal. Shipping was outrageously high and they are some of the biggest a*holes I have ever dealt with.
Your orders placed will get you a phone call almost guaranteed. They will purposely call to "confirm" your order and then try to sell you an extended warranty, accesories and what not if you haven't already done so. That's how they make their money by marking high retail for the other stuff.
I had ordered two Sony camcorders and when the guy couldn't get me to buy the extended warranty + accessories, he told me I could only get one, even though he confirmed that I had order two of them a few minutes prior. Nonetheless, I did get my camcorder. Just don't expect any service from these guys.
