well, i was talking in general, no insane gold diggers, which are probably pretty rare. its no garrantee, but if you marry up, your more likely to succeed. thats just how it is. doesn't mean u gotta bail when the going gets tough, if you chose wisely, the guy was tough enough to get where he was for a reason u know. eh....

it's pretty clear to me that you have no clue how bad it gets. I worked in a sales office for half a year in LA, half of the office was women who weren't married yet. It was the most god damn superficial and materialist pack of people I have ever seen.

This one girl who kept hitting on me, shops for louis vutton purses online half the day on company time at expects her BF to buy her one of these retarded 1k purses for her b-day or xmas. She says her next car is gonna be a BMW, and she is gonna get her BF to help her to buy one. I ask her whats wrong with her 2000 accord. She says it's not "luxury" enough so that when she goes to a nice restaurant, she feels pampered.

This other guy in the office, he gets girls, but it's because he drives a 100k MB coupe. He's always bragging about how cool his car is, but he's almost 30, lives in an apartment and doesn't own any property.

I'm not saying that girls should hook up with lazy deadbeats. But if you've seen how it is in the city scene, it's clearly out of control.
