You accidentally eat insects all the time, especially in processed foods. If food has natural red food coloring, it's made from cochineals, an insect.

Somehow eating dog is wrong because they are pets. Yet we eat rabbits who are pets, pigs who people have owned as pets, we eat snakes as well... ???

-Koreans eat dogs just like you would beef, chicken, etc. They're prepared nicely, and it's a great dish.
-This DOES NOT mean they fucking go around killing and eating stray dogs or neighbor's or their own pet. Koreans LOVE dogs as pets too. They don't eat them. They're a first-world country.
-Most Koreans don't eat dogs. It's usually the older generations. Majority of people 30~ or under cringe at the thought of it. It's just like Americans frowning on bull testicles. Some eat it, doesn't mean all do.
