Can usually find real skinless chicken breasts for $2/lb. Ok, they're not free range, air-chilled, hormone free, but it has to be better than the fused chicken product in nuggets.
We have a store called Chicken City that sells 5 pound bags of different types of chicken. They have MCds, Wendy's, Sonic and Burger King nuggets. They get them from the same supplier is what I was told but they come in a plan clear plastic bag. They also have wings and stuff you would find in gas station like pizza sticks, quesadillas etc and other kinds of chicken cuts.

It's a Kroger generic brand even cheaper than FMV ("For Maximum Value"), or they're from different product lines of the same generic division.
Not 100% sure they are owned by Kroger, but I've only seen it there.
I had to tell my wife about this! She laughed her ass off so thanks for that....lol! The 'like chicken McNuggets' was the icing on top. She works at Kroger and makes her own nuggets from scratch. Fuck that industrial crap. Bachelor food...lol!

I think "Psst" brand may be intended to replace Kroger brand so you stop seeing Kroger logos at Ralph's.
