kt7a-raid... 150mhz fsb cas2.. problems

so.. i got the KT7A-raid mobo... revision 1.1...
works stable at 150MHz fsb @ cas2 (M.tech AMD OK pc133)... the first 30mins in windows... then it starts to lag every ~10secs.. it stops for like some ms... and it's very annoying. .. and i don't know if it's the board that can't handle the 150mhz fsb at cas2 or the memory that won't work that way....
but i have my doubts about the mobo.. cos i can't reach over 150MHz fsb even with cas3...
but in the other hand... why should it start being "unstable" like that after like 30mins as i said... so it sounds kinda weird...

so anyone know if i can change any settings in bios or something to reach higher FSB or run it smooth at that speed... (and i run the processor @ default speed when i FSB clock)...

Usually if you remain stable for that period of time and then start having problems it is heat related. What kind of cooling does your northbridge have, also your case temps could be rising. Try upping the I/O voltage to 3.6v.

thought of that too... but my case temp is at 23C (room temp) got 6x80mm fans in my case.. but i suppose it doesnt cool the northbridge very well... cos it has the original flens + fan...
i'll try to up it to 3.6V later on...but now i need some sleep haven't slept since yesterday...
anyway... but IF that doesn't work... what can it be then ?

When you up the fsb to 150MHz do you lower the multiplier for the cpu? Try that first to nail down the fsb, maybe you are doing both at once and the cpu is crapping out after 30 min.

well.. i'm doin 9*150 (1350MHz) when i'm testing..
and in other hand.. the cpu is 100% stable @ 1503Mhz (10.5*143) cas3 thou...

btw... i tested it now.. and i'm running @ cas2-3-2... 150MHz FSB... and multiplier @ 10... so i got the cpu @ 1500MHz... and it works just fine when i upped the I/O voltage.. thanks alot for the help!
anyone have any good experience about the kt7a mobo?
or someone who knows how to set the ram @ cas2-2-2 ? cos i can't find any option for that.. running the latest bios for rev1.1... (bios version 64)
