Still, now Trump needs to either actively override Kelly or Kushner would need to go to Trump and request that information. Way harder than just getting it himself.

All it means to me if Kelly was able to pull Kushner's clearance is that a workaround was found to cover everyone's asses should an investigation gets started into how Kushner can still operate the way he does without the clearances he needs.

And besides, Kushner is out in the wild blending Trump family business with politics wherever he goes. He's got a "For Sale" sign glued to his ass and forehead and a "What's in it for the Trump Clan" blurb printed on the back of his business cards along with a phone number that's patched through one of Putin's secure call centers.

So it seems to me that Kushner's globe trotting escapades is more heavily weighed on the family business end and how the Trump Clan can profit now and in the future from the leverage they now possess as the alleged preeminent leaders of the free world.

I also think it's a safe bet that Putin is going to get/getting a cut from every deal the Trumps are closing while in office.
