It may not be the best card around, but looks like it works great with Vista's Media Center if you're not looking for QAM.

This should work for OTA HD, in addition to my satellite. Reviews indicate it should work fine on Vista 64-bit.

Now for some deals on massive HDDs to store recorded HDTV...

If it is a KWORLD rebate like they usually are count on not getting your money... I've been through this twice with them. Both times it took numerous phone calls (all long distance) and emails to get what they owed me. Never again. Also, last HD tuner I got from them, the 110 - sucks. Having much better luck with an ATI 650 (that ATI gave me free as part of an RMA upgrade).

To add support to the two posts below, both my rebate checks were hand written too.

cold deal because it's Kworld, they are worse than Soyo for honoring their rebates. Rejected one of my rebates for sending in invoice from newegg, when they wanted the receipt. Would not accept that newegg issues an invoice not a receipt, and said they had no resubmission process. The other rebate i only got after 6 months with the help from BBB, and check was hand written, so they mustn't issue that many checks !

I had to call on a Kworld rebate too. Long distance call. I did get a hand written check after I called.

I've never heard of anyone getting a Kworld rebate without calling them. Anyone who forgets about the rebate, hasn't kept records, or just can't take the time to harass Kworld will never get their rebate. They take full advantage of people who can't be bothered to follow up.

OTOH, once it's clear you aren't going to blow it off, they hand write a check to you. So if you can endure the hassle of calling them multiple times, you'll probably get your rebate.

It's pretty hefty at $45 so it's definitely worth a call in which I did a year or so ago to remind them and I did get the check, btw.

Ha, I only had to email them. They were printed checks signed with a pen. lol

Did u adjust anything for beyondtv to get it work. I bought a atsc120 recently, somehow i can get video from beyondtv without problems, but i cannot get audio from beyondtv. my audio card and speaker work fine for other applications, i would appreciate it if u can offer some suggestions.

The Kworld ATSC-110 works great as an HD QAM tuner in my Myth box, but Kworld deals should be banned from all forums because they are rebate scammers.

I need to record analog cable tv, not digital and not HD, just regular old cable with no cable box.

i don't know why but newegg seems to do business with other rebate scammers. linksys comes to mind.

3-4 months plus multple calls and emails.....and I might get my rebate?? Munki's too gun-shy to pull the trigger. good luck to all who try. it's a great price with the rebate.
