I'd much rather get my reviews without all the sugar coating, and i think HardOCP does just that. And I can't honestly believe that no one here has ever bitched about having to install "this that or the other thing" in order to get something to work. Or even had difficulty installing something that may seem like child's play on another system. Keep in mind that there are a lot of variables here...as far as computers are concerned everyones PC is different and drivers are desinged to be as compatible as possible. That doesn't guarantee that they will work on all systems though.

I can remember when I had the hardest time getting my sys to recognize something as simple as a USB hub...and yeah I was pissed.

I also think that a lot of vendors have "problems" with the in your face reviews that Kyle does, but that is his choice and he does have to live with the consequences when someone decides to keep him in the dark.

If you spend the bucks on this card now with ATi's 9700 Pro so close to a retail reality, you should have your ass kicked.

It's buyer's remorse with a vengeance. Matrox IS getting a lot of negative publicity especially after all that pre-launch hyperbole crap.
