Kyocera Palm Phone for $99.95 after 2 mail in rebates at Staples B&M stores, starts 12/16/2001...

As the title says, I heard that the Kyocera Palm Phone will be $99.95 after two mail-in rebates, one for $30.00 and the other for $50.00. Please note, I don't have any more info that what I'v posted, but this phone is the B&W version [not sure if a Color version is available], and is only for the Sprint PCS network. HOpe this helps someone.

I checked the Staples website since they have 'real time' inventory. They did not even have the kyocera brand in their database. Anybody else know anything about this?

There is also a $50 Manufacturer rebate available with Handheld Computing magazine issue 4.5.

Hmmm. I called the number and they gave me my local Staples. I called my local staples and they said that they had the phones but did not know of any rebates. Are the rebates you spoke of still available? Links?
