Two words....Jerry West. Cinderella team of the season...they have alot of potential but lack post season experience. Im impressed by them this year, Nuggets too (but not of late).

The lack of post season experience kinda worries me, but they have 10 players they can play at anytime and win. Not many other teams that can say that.

i'm not saying the grizzlies aren't good, they are. but there is very little chance they will make it out of the first round. teams who win by committee, with no specific go to guys, usually suffer in the playoffs more than any other. having 10 good guys is not a good thing.

look at nba champions. they are never "a bunch of pretty good guys," they are always "one or two awesome guys + a bunch of ok guys"
