There have been reports of involuntary movements, that is correct. But they didn't confirm he opened his eyes on his own like he is improving in that aspect. TMZ is saying his heart did show some improvement, they have also tried having him breath with a mask, which did work a bit. So its between life support and breathing through the mask right now, trying to see if they can take him off life support.
