LAIUDOIFJAIOSDHGOIAHSGIOHJASDKFJLASDJFSDA... IM SO DARN TICKED OFF BECAUSE OF THIS RETARDED DRIVER AND NOTBOOK..
NOW BEAR(is it bare or bear?) WITH ME PEEPS,
So I have a notebook which is specificaly used for work, so it has a "special" image allready loaded on it for my company use. For the longest time I couldnt get the darn LAN to work... I checked the my network --> properties to see what I have under connections and the only thing that popped up is the dell 1450 wlan mini pci card driver... So then I realized that there was probably no driver loaded for LAN so I go into device manager to see what I have under network... and surely enough I only had the dell 1450 wlan mini pci card driver. So I go to the dell website to check what lan drivers are there for my notebook... I found 1 driver for lan so I dled it and loaded it up.... open up my network and I find the local area connection icon.... FOR 1 SECOND AND THEN IT FRIGGIN DISAPEARED.... so I uninstalled it and reinstalled.... didnt work... so I uninstalled it again... and weirdly enough it started working WITHOUT the driver installed.... so for the night I continue doing work and browsing the net etc.... I shut the notebook off and restart it back the next day... THE FRIGGIN LOCAL AREA CONNECTION ICON IS GONE!!! but the drivers are still there.... so I uninstall everything and reinstall it... and it works fine........ shut it down and restart it.... AND ITS FRIGGIN GONE AGAIN!!!!..... SO i UNINSTALL BOTH WIRELESS CARD AND LAN DRIVER AND RESTART..... OMG.... THE DRIVERS MAGICALLY REAPPEARED ....... ???????????? ..... SO I UNINSTALL ALL THE DRIVERS AGAIN AND REBOOT...... AGAIN THE DRIVERS MAGICALLY REAPPEARED.!@$!#$!#$!#$#%.... SO i DO THIS LIKE 3-4 TIMES BECAUSE i WANT TO GET RID OF THE ALL NETWORK DRIVERS TO REINSTALL THEM TO GET A FRESH START...... BUT AFTER I UNINSTALL THEM THEY MAGICALLY REAPPEAR AFTER REBOOT.......LKASJDFKLJASDF.... NOW WHEN I GO TO MY NETWORK I HAVE 'WIRELESS NETWORK CONNECTION 6' AND 'LOCAL AREA CONNECTION 6' ICONS.......... for now they work fine.... but im sure after i reboot the lan will probably magically disapear again..... am I doing something wrong here? or im just retarded?
cliffs:
notebook will not retain LAN driver
works after drivers uninstalled... but lan icon disapears later
doesnt work when drivers are actually installed...
i hate life......
