I'm on a LAN with a gateway to the internet. How can I figure out the Internet IP of the LAN?

Windows 2000: Start - Run - type command - press enter - type ipconfig - press enter

that's not what i'm looking for. i'm on a LAN with a gateway connected to the internet, i want to find out the IP that computers outside the subnet use to identify my computer.

here, instead of jumping through hoops and loops explaining how to view find your ip address, this would be quicker.

whatever is displayed inside the text box, that's your ip address for your "LAN"

oh btw, people from outside doesn't directly access "your computer". It only has direct access to the gateway router. The gateway will pass the packets on to your computer.
