That said, Armstrong is a despicable human being, and certainly doesn't deserve to be celebrated.

As far as I am concerned, the only national hero with the last name Armstrong, is the one who went to the moon. The other can go to hell.

People are just reacting differently to the news. Some people hate him for it. Some people aren't that upset. I'm not surprised by that at all.

Now that it came out I have no sympathy for him. In fact i'm sick of seeing him on TV. he ruined lives, careers, sued people and won (lots of money) etc.

I hope those lives he ruined sue the shit out of him. that is the only time i wan't to hear or see him on tv.

i don't care he juiced in the sport. I care he lied under oath, fucked over innocent people. For that i want him to pay.

The worst part about this to me is that he is still lying openly and in great detail. During the interview he talked about his ex-wife making him promise his comeback in 2009/10 would be clean.

But the fact is the statute of limitations hasn't expired on criminal charges that can be filed against him if he did dope those years. And blood tests proved he was doping those years. It's beyond any reasonable doubt he doped and lied to Oprah.

So the asshole is having this huge public apology while still doing what he is apologizing for.

Oprah really could have done a better job. Oh well

Yea, all the dirt on Komen came out with that Planned Parenthood fiasco, they barely use the donation money on research (mostly for administration and lawyers for suing other charities that used that 'trademark').
